We are pleased to offer the North Carolina CCIM Chapter Mentorship Program for our members. The program will offer new or interested real estate professionals a place to learn CRE from senior industry professionals. The program offers a collaborative opportunity for both the Mentor & Mentee. Whereas the Mentor shares valuable CRE industry-related experience; the Mentee provides good feedback and keeps perspective fresh and relevant. Through this program, relationships will be built and sustained while fostering the opportunity for skills, techniques and information to be shared.

Mentee Requirements

North Carolina Colleges/Universities
– Program acceptance letter (from a partnered University, NC Central, UNC Charlotte, etc.)
-Must have a North Carolina CCIM Chapter Membership


For New(er) Commercial Real Estate Practitioners
-Must have a North Carolina CCIM Chapter Membership
-Currently work in or have the desire to work in the field of commercial real estate

Additional Requirements
-Attend 3 Chapter events
-Attend the NC CCIM State Conference
-Connect with your Mentor monthly (virtual, in-person)
